Ancient bridge to close for five days for repairs
Good news for drivers and pedestrians alike – the much-loved Kendal bridge is set to undergo some essential repairs! Work will be happening on the parapet, which unfortunately suffered a bit of damage back in June. This means a temporary closure for about five days, so do plan your journeys accordingly.
Work is being carried out on the Kendal bridge's parapet, which was hit by a car in June.
